We specialize in room additions and all our slabs are started with an engineer designing your steel rebar pattern and slab. After that it goes before the city or county for approval then there is an inspection after pouring and before building on it by the engineer himself.  If your foundation is not correct the whole project can never be correct. Many homeowners just take it for granted that their contractor has the knowledge or will go to the trouble required to deliver a solid, professional slab so please be careful and be forewarned.

Properly curing your slab is crucial before framing begins for optimal strength. We use high strength concrete when we call the truck we do not cut corners on anything, especially your foundation or the quality of your concrete. You probably did not know there was two different strengths of concrete did you? There is and most  local contractors build on the less strong mix. Be careful.

Framing is our specialty and our framers also build custom homes!We build one,two and sometimes even three story decks and additions.We have built enormous decks that overlook the hill country right here in the city limits with awesome views!If you build high enough you can still achieve a great view over you neighbors house.
